Abstract

The Stransky sign is regarded as a clinical variant of Babinski sign and it may be useful in equivocal cases, such as withdrawal or non-cooperation. In the following video we present the Stransky sign in a 89-year-old woman with left pyramidal syndrome, due to spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage in the right basal ganglia and thalamus
