Abstract

Charles Bonnet syndrome (CBS) is an under-recognized and under-reported disorder that involves visual hallucinations in visually impaired individuals with intact cognition. Two case reports are presented. Indirect realism is reinforced by CBS which has been described by Charles Bonnet for the first time in the history of Medicine.
